RULES:

Each contestant must select a prediction for all 5 of their plays against the spread each day plus their Saturday tiebreaker or they cannot win and are disqualified.

Ties are of no value and and are the same as a loss. Each win against the spread is equal to one point. The contestant with the most points after making their 25 selections plus the tiebreaker (which is worth one point to the contestant who comes closest in their tiebreaker) during the week wins the weekly prize. In the event of a tie after all games and the tiebreaker are graded and the two contestants have an equal amount of points the contestant with the most posts wins the contest.

*All plays need to be posted in the contest forum daily thread by a deadline that will be posted in each days contest thread. That deadline will be the starting time of the earliest game on either contestants daily schedule unless otherwise noted. There may be early starting times on Saturday due to games starting earlier than normal. Plays posted late will be counted as losers.

Even if you have late starting games your entry must be in by the posted deadline set for that day's competition.

The weekly winner receives a free 60 day subscription to Rx Odds (a $198 value)...

Thanks and best of luck to both cappers, Jake.:103631605

Contestants please post your plays in this thread no later than 7:05PM EDT. on Saturday March 8th. No editing without the permissions of either Jake Thompson, Sportsavant or Wilheim.

Email any of the following if you need an edit which can only be made BEFORE the first game of the days schedule begins.

Important message to lurkers:

Please do not post in this thread. Only the two contestants or a moderator may post in this thread.

You can start your own threads to discuss the days action and post comments, encouragement etc..

Regarding Tiebreaker on Saturday's thread:

The closest to the actual final total of both team's scores combined of their particular game (over or under) will win one point to be added to their total if after the first 25 games of the match result in a tie between the contestants in total points scored.

Should the tiebreaker tie - then the contestant with the most posts as of 7:05PM EST Saturday March 8th. get the extra tiebreaker point and wins the this weeks match.

Note: if either of the contestants is leading after the original 25 games are graded then the tiebreaker is not a factor and will not come into play.

Thanks, Jake.:103631605

I also emailed you and Whalewager (he is cool with the change). I think they moved the game for TV. The Cal Vs UCLA game starts at 3:30PM EST for WW but he posted at 2:28 EST well before the start.

I appreciate your understanding.. In the end it's all good.

Best of luck to both of you excellent cappers...:toast:

My apologies, wil..
